To all the families and friends who have helped us in the past come join us for the last year that the event will be held in Hood River/Mount Hood. After this year they are going to move the ride into PORTLAND!
Maddie invites you to ride on her team July 26th, 2008
Once again Maddie’s Riders is preparing to help find a cure for Diabetes. The event is the Summit to Surf Bike Ride which is sponsored by the American Diabetes Association. This is our seventh year to ride in this event with Team "Maddie’s Riders". Last year Maddie’s Riders raised over $12,000 and had 40 riders on the team making us the largest team to ride the event. This year Maddie is looking make the final year on the MOUNTAIN her most successful team ride.

To learn more about this event check out the web site and all the route options available to you and your family. To learn more about the route options click on "The Ride" tab. This has a description of all the available routes. When you are ready Join Us for a great ride and a fantastic time.
Register with Maddie's Riders by July 18th and your registration fee will be waived. (Regularly $35). When registering online enter the the following

and it will show zero out the registration fee at checkout.
Remember that you still need to fundraise a minimum of $100 in pledges/personal donations before you receive your bib number and can ride.
Make a donation to a Rider
If you are looking to donate to a rider who is participating click on the tab that says “Donate” and choose the person that you wish to sponsor for this ride. You will be taken to the official ADA web site where you can then donate directly online with a credit card. At the completion of your donation you will be provided the opportunity to print a receipt which you can use for your taxes. Remember your donations are tax deductible.
